The village is located on the main road Veliko Turnovo- Svishtov. The closest inhabited place is the village of Maslarevo- 1km away. In the past the village used to be quite big- with 800-1000 people, but nowadays is about 200 people. A school has been open in 1950 but did not work for a long time.
