Pirinec Village
The village of Pirinets is located in the northwestern part of Antonovo municipality, 8 km from the municipal center - the town of Antonovo.
A municipal asphalt road passes through the village, connecting the towns of Antonovo and Popovo. À distance from Pirinets to the town of Popovo is 25 km, to Omurtag - 33 km. The closest railway station is in the village of Slavyanovo, located 15 km north.
"The Big River" river passes close to the village. In 2006 the Big River eco-trail was built.
In the vicinity of the village there are picturesque places. There are two beautiful waterfalls. Two micro-dams are located near the village, which provide fishing conditions.
