Novo Gradishte Village
Novo gradishte is a village in Strajitsa municipality, Veliko Tarnovo region.
It is 13 km southeast of the town Strajitsa, 40 km northeast of Veliko Tarnovo, 46 km in the same direction from Gorna Oryahovitsa and about 270 km from Sofia.
Just 7 km south of the highway Sofia - Veliko Tarnovo - Varna.
It is located in the Danubian Plain, and its altitude is about 365 m. The climate is characterized with hot summer and mild winter with slight snow coverage.
The permanent population is about 110 people.
Novo gradishte is with regular bus transportation from and to the municipality. Here are functioning two stores, two pubs, post office and health center with a doctor. The nearest schools are Strazhitsa, and the nearest hospital is in Gorna Oryahovitsa.
