Dolna Lipnica Village
Dolna Lipnitsa is village in Northern Bulgaria, located in the municipality of Pavlikeni. Next to it are the villages Gorna Lipnitsa, Obedinenie, Karaisen and Paskalevets. The school in Dolna Lipnitsa is third biggest school in Veliko Tarnovo district. There is a community center, a library, a theathre, a post office and shops.
