Gostilica Village
Gostilica is a village in Northern Bulgaria, municipality of Dryanovo, district Gabrovo. It is located 30km south of Veliko Turnovo and its average altitude is 400 m above sea level. The climate is continental as the temperature through the summer gets to 36 °C and through the winter- between -15-20 °C.
Historical records for the village of Gostilitsa have dated for almost 2000 years. However, in this region and its surroundings have been found traces of the first people settled in Europe.
In 1894 a community centre has been found in the village. It has a library, a big hall and a modern stage.
