Raiuvtsi is village in Northern Bulgaria, located in the municipality of Elena. It is located 15 km away from the town of Elena and 28 km from Veliko Tarnovo. The village is settled in the mountain area on the coast of the Yovkovtsi dam which makes it suitable for fishing. There is a monument of vivode Valchan. It is believed that he lived in the village. He dedicated his entire life for the good of Bulgaria and bulgarian people. Every year on 27th of August feast are made in his honor.
