Bukuvec Village
The village of Bukovets is located 15km west from Veliko Turnovo and 18km north-east from the town of Dryanovo. Its location reveals lovely views towards the mountains. The foundations have been layed in 1627 by stockbreeders from Dryanovo who were looking for an asylum from the Turkish. Tradition in this village is the day of the wine, called Trifon Zarezan. It is celebrated with lots of songs, music, dances and mostly wine
