Is the cheapest offer best bargain |
|
"I’m not rich enough to buy cheap," said the British many years ago. We believe that this saying is true even when buying a property. Purchase of a real estate. This happens to almost everyone at least once in life. The logic of the buyer is to focus on the cheapest offer and to buy at a bargain price. But before you finalize a deal you should explore all possible aspects and to consider whether this is the best bargain. Important for our choice must be the reason for property purchase. Whether you want to buy a home, holiday villa or to invest in a property which after resale will bring you profit. When buying having in mind only to save certain amount, we forget many other important criteria. If you want to buy a property aiming capital return /apartment, office space or commercial to resell or rent it out /most important is to investigate the development plan for the district where the property is located in. Suitable for investment are such areas where in the near future will be built big commercial or trade center, institution, enterprise – all of them will contribute for bigger interest and more people. The lower price of a similar property, located in other district, which never will be developed in this positive direction, must never be the main reason for property purchase. If you make such investment because of the lower price, even if it seems to be good for the moment, in the future it will prove as a bad choice because of the buyer’s requirements, which of course will choose more developed area. It is always better to use the services of a real estate agency and professionals who are well informed about all these details. Almost the same is when you are looking for permanent home or holiday villa. When a property is for sale on a lower price for sure there is a reason for this. Whether the quality of building is not so good, or there isn’t a regular transport, bad infrastructure or just noisy neighbors – in all these cases buying this property will be related with compromises. When disadvantages are obvious it depends on you, but if there are hidden facts, only your agent can help you. If you work with professional, certainly you will be informed about every detail. It is better to know and to be sure that once when you decide to sell the property the chance for good bargain will be better. It’s up to you whether you will live close to a park or no, your villa will be in a picturesque village or close to a main road, but for all the other details it is better to trust your agent, who will offer really profitable offers, but not those on lowest prices /only if you insist on it/. So never be infatuated with low prices, but keep in mind that the cheapest offer isn’t always the best bargain.
