| Bulgaria to open a cultural center in Istanbul |

Bulgaria will open a cultural institute in Istanbul. The opening of the center is part of Bulgarian-Turkish memorandum. Turkey also will open a cultural center in Bulgarian capital Sofia.
Archeological expeditions and restoration of cultural buildings is the another part of the program cooperation between Bulgaria and Turkey.
Bulgaria will organize expeditions in the area of Edirne, Kırklareli, Vize and Tekirdag in Turkey. The Bulgarian country foresees to make a project for restoration of the Bulgarian convent in St. Stephen church in Istanbul.
