| Bulgaria's Devin might turno into the first certify ecotourism destination |

The Bulgarian spa town of Devinh may turn into the first certify ecotourism destination in Bulgaria. On January 13 three of the spa and balneo hotels in the town - Ismena, Persenk and Devin together with the municipality signed the Charter for Sustainable SPA & Wellness destinations.
In 2011 the Charter initiators and experts from TIME Foundation and the Green Business Initiative worked with local hotel owners to reduce the consumption of water, energy and also to introduce efficient measures for water conservation and waste management.
The charter is the first step which in turning the town in the first affirmative eco destination in Bulgaria.
