| Number of building permits in Bulgaria increase significantly |

The number of building permits in Bulgaria increased significantly in the third quarter of 2018, the National Statistical Institute informs. The number of construction permits for residential buildings saw 12.4% increase as compared to the previous trimester and the number of permits for administrative buildings rose 15.6%. The number of construction permits for residential buildings increased 8.7% year on year and the number of permits for administrative buildings increased with 21.1% year on year. Highest increase of building permits was registered in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna and Burgas. |
