Anually on 22 March, the town of Veliko Tarnovo celebrates its holiday. It turns that the Old Capital of Bulgaria is the first Bulgarian town that defines its own day in the borders of The Third Bulgarian Kingdom.
This year as every year before the Municipality has prepared a lot of attractions and an interesting program for the citizens and guests of the town. In three days long the town – pretender for European capital of culture will be transformed into a preferred place for entertainment both of adults and children.
At 13:30 there will be a concert in front of the municipality. There will be free guided tours all the afternoon.
Everyone will have the possibility to watch the show light and sound starting at 20 o`clock in front of Tsarevets fortress.
