After a period of training, it is now regular practice for our agents at Century Homes to carefully measure, and roughly draw the plan of the property during the initial viewings and meeting with the seller.
Later, the agents create a file with the floor plan, and then it becomes an inseparable part of each estate listing, which may be viewed at our website.
These are PDF format files aiming at visualizing the floor plan of the property and may be found just above the main picture of the estate at the full description page.
Apart from the detailed description and pictures (which may be found at the website of any Real Estate Agency), we have decided to offer some additional features which help create a full, clear and professional property presentation. “View on Map” and “Floor Plans” are those two features that make us stand out, and prove our dedication to professionalism. The additional effort we put in our work is in the name of our clients, and that is why upon further request on their part, our agents may also provide floor plan that include precise measurements of the property.
