As already mentioned, at www.ch-eu.com, the online viewer may take advantage of a recently developed feature called Search By Map. We went farther, by improving that feature and making it now faster and easier to use.
When loading the search page at www.ch-eu.com, the online user may choose from three types of searches: Quick Search, Advanced Search, and Search By Map.
Search by Map works in two different ways, taking into account the particular user that is using the page. Because we know from experience that our foreign users are primarily interested in houses, when our web page is loaded in English, by default the Search by Map screen will filter houses in the region of Veliko Tarnovo. Just above the screen, however, there is an additional filter which can be used for other types of properties based on their location, type, and price.
For the Bulgarian user, who is primarily interested in apartments and properties in the town of Veliko Tarnovo, the default Bulgarian version of the Search By Map screen filters apartments and properties in the city only, but the filter mentioned above may be used for other types of properties in other locations.
Moreover, regardless of the language version of the web site they are using, our online viewers may zoom in/out the interactive map and view all properties available on our web site, residential and commercial, for sale or rent including.
What makes the interactive map on our website easier and faster to use is the way the available properties are listed. While the red markers indicate the place or street where properties are available, the white box which displays upon clicking the red marker lists all properties available on that particular street/ village/ town. The number of properties having the same location is indicated right above the red maker. So when a user sees for example a number 3 in the right top corner of the red marker, that means that there are three properties in that same street or village, and when the user clicks the marker, all three properties are listed in the white box. By clicking the image of the respective property, the user is taken to the Details Page, where they can read the full description, see all available images of the estate and request more details online.
