Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and assist prospective buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities in order to propose solutions that suit them
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters to their benefit and ensure a fair and honest dealing
- Able to inspire trust and confidence in clients and buyers

Requires:
- Experience in communicating with clients

- An excellent communication skills
- Answer incoming telephone calls and emails

- Mighty and energetic personality;
- Knowledge / writing and speaking / English and / or Russian / writing and speaking / is MANDATORY
