Svetoslav Ginchev was born in 1978 in the town of Shumen. Since 1988 he has been living, studing and working in the town of Veliko Tarnovo. In 1996 completed his secondary education in the Comprehensive school "Emilian Stanev", highly specialized in the class "Management and marketing". Completed his higher education in the University of Russe "Angel Kunchev", where in 2003 he graduated the specialty of "Law". Svetoslav has been working professionaly in the shpere of real estate properties since 2005, when he starts working in "Century Homes"Ltd, firstly as a jurisconsult and later as an agent. Speaks perfectly English which gives him the opportunity for easy communication with a wide range of customers.
