Balkan Property Week will take place at Kempinski Hotel Zografski, on 5th and 6th of November.
The event includes the property exhibition BalPEx Exclusive and the real estate and investment conference BalREc - Awaiting Recovery.
The purpose of BalPEx Exclusive is to present the sustainable projects despite the crisis period, and to show the best offers of the real estate market in Bulgaria in the end of 2009.
BalREc - Awaiting Recovery aims to present the platform for discussion and analysis of the most important trends and problems currently faced by the industry.
Both events gives a networking opportunity and providing an access to leading representatives of the construction business in Bulgaria - with serious participation of local and international investment and consultant companies, real estate agencies, building companies, architectural bureaus, financial institutions, banks and leasing companies.
