Latest Real Estate Trends
Font size:  A  A  A
Now that the effects of the global financial crisis are almost gone, there has been a considerable revival on the real estate market, and experts and managers find a number of positive changes in property search trends in the Veliko Tarnovo region, and the country as well.

Despite being less intensive, interest in rural properties on the part of potential foreign clients is still often seen, and in many cases buyers tend to show interest in spending more, but getting properties in a much better condition, newly-build or fully-renovated houses, which helps them save time and money on renovating the property themselves.

Rural estates, especially those found in villages located very close to major cities and enjoying good infrastructure and easy access tend to be interesting to Bulgarian buyers as well, who seem to have only recently noticed the great number of advantages that these properties offer. Lately young buyers that purchase their first home turn to rural properties instead of city apartments, and the reasons for this trend may be some or all of the following: the considerably lower prices, distancing from city noise and the potential that they all have.
As for city estates, trends keep following the same line as before, as potential buyers tend to prefer newly-built town properties of key location. Central parts of the city are very much sought-after, but recently many customers search for far-reaching views and tranquility in the city, and that is way they turn to the well developed suburbs.
The business keeps looking for lots of guaranteed attention, placing itself in the city center more often than not. However, well-developed and much populated city areas tend to be interesting to business people that seem to realize the large and growing customer potential of those areas.
As a whole, real estate tendencies at the moment show that potential buyers are interested in properties of low-to-average price level, good liquidity, and investment potential taking into consideration the exploitation of the property in the future, as building type and property location continue to be the main concern for the buyer.

We at “Century Homes” offer a variety of attractive properties taking into account the above trends and demands. Our “Hot Offers” and “Special Monthly Selections” reflect these demands and trends to the fullest aiming at meeting the requirements of our potential clients.
