On the 24th of September the band of the first building stage of the residential compound “Veliko Tarnovo Hills” was cut. The first two blocks of the neighborhood on the so called Troshana area are finished. 120 apartments are completely ready. The living-area they offer varies between 50 to 120 sq.m.
“Veliko Tarnovo Hills” will be built in the south-east end of Veliko Tarnovo. It is near to the main road Sofia – Varna, and it is at equal distance from the Capital, and from other attractive destination – Bulgarian Black Sea coast. Additional option for the inhabitants of the complex is the possibility for management and support of their properties. In the central part there are designed trade and administrative center, kindergarten, medical center, open and covered pool, sport grounds (tennis-court, basketball and other playgrounds). There are zones for rest and recreation provided, as well as green areas, which ensure high living quality. The total built area is about 100 000 sq. m. The project will provide also public transport to the city and a school bus.
