| Veliko Tarnovo will celebrate 141 years from its liberation on 7th July |

On 7th July Veliko Tarnovo will celebrate 141 years since the liberation of the town. The celebration will begin in front of the monument of general Gurko. The metropolitan Grigoriy will serve a festive blessing. Aleksey Novosyolov - Adviser on Cultural Affairs at the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Bulgaria will be a special guest.
At 11 o`clock the mayor will hold a speech in front of the monument "Mother Bulgaria". There will be also a horo dance and culinary fest.
From 14 o`clock a free guided tour will start from the Museum of the Bulgarian Revival and Constituent Assembly and will continue to the "Prison" museum, Gurko street, places and people related with the liberation of the town, the monument of general Gurko.
In the evening from 19 o`clock in the summer theater there will be a concert with free entrance. At 23.30 o`clock a sound and light show will be shown.
