| Bulgaria to Welcome 100 000 Danish Tourists in 2008 |

The number of Danish tourists visiting Bulgaria is going to reach 100 000 in 2008. The prediction was made by the Danish Ambassador to Bulgaria Kaare E. Janson in the Black Sea city of Varna.
His Excellency participated at a ceremony inaugurating the new Denmark's honorary consul to Varna Konstantin Daradanov, which took place in the Evksinograd Residence of the Bulgarian government.
Janson pointed out that safety was the main requirement of the Danish tourists. In his words, the safety issue would be one of the main topics of the coming meeting of Bulgarian Foreign Ministry officials with the Ambassadors of the Scandinavian states.
Denmark's Ambassador said the Danes were really interested in investing in Bulgarian real estate property, especially in vacation resorts along the Black Sea coast. |
