Conference confident in Bulgaria

The big questions about real estate in Bulgaria have been asked recently at the industry’s BalREc conference, & the answers are confident & forth coming as players look keenly to the future. The residential market acknowledges that this is a very good time for investors who will be capable of negotiating incredible deals. But it’s not all about those with money.

The value of the market needs to be matched with market affordability & the government is being urged to increase construction of homes for low to middle income families. This would stimulate the market & help with unemployment issues.

The increase in holiday home purchases is dominated by Russian investment. This improved interest is thought by many to be the result of low construction – environment impact & low density. Property for sale in Sunny Beach, in a development set some way back from the ocean, was now attracting beach front prices.

Incentives and indicators are abound showing that things are continually improving in Bulgaria. Investments are diverse & opportunities need to be seized.
