| Rating of countries most popular among Russian overseas property buyers (October) |

The Prian.ru Portal has prepared a regular monthly report on foreign real property markets most popular among Russians. For fifteen consecutive months, the Bulgarian market remains the leader the rating. In comparison with September, the line-up of the TOP-10 has remained intact.
In comparison to the preceding month, the Bulgarian market has lost 0.8%. The gap between Bulgaria and Germany, which occupies the second position, has reduced to a minimum - for the first time in the history of the rating it does not exceed 9%. Markets positioned on third through fifth lines (Finland, Spain and the United States) have gained a significant number of percentage points. Czech Republic has leaped up to seventh place, thus outscoring Latvia. |
