Quality Street property sweet in Bulgaria |

For those looking for property to buy in Bulgaria, the selection has become just a little more enticing as Unique Estates reports a 40% fall in the value of luxury homes, since the beginning of the global bite. In addition to this the number of vendors of quality, high spec properties has doubled in the same period, giving investors the opportunity to stretch a little and perhaps consider properties previously deemed unattainable. Up until March volume sales were fairly similar to those levels of 2008, but the market sector has suffered since, according to Unique Estates managing director. The value of property in Sofia is a good example of how times have changed for the luxury property market, with values falling from 6000 euros per sq m in 2007 to 3000 euros now. The value of real estate in Bulgaria may well see smaller further price slips and the luxury market is no longer immune. Cash ready investors willing to go a little further can now consider the caramel deal amongst the market selection. |
