Bulgarians seem to be one step closer to owning a home
Thursday, Sep 10, 2009
Average Bulgarians should now find buying homes easier than they did five years ago, although property prices remain higher than they were back in 2004, says a research made by Industry Watch where average salaries are compared to average property prices.
However, growing fear of rising unemployment, decreasing asset values and tightening lending requirements still hinder the market conditions.
Although housing prices fell in three consecutive quarters by the middle of the year, salaries remain more stable.
