| USA and UK Financial Crisis to Have Corrective Impact in Bulgaria |

The financial crisis in USA and the UK will have a corrective impact on the Bulgarian real estates market, not a negative one, Atanas Garov, chief executive of Colliers International, told BTA Monday.
According to him an increase in the volume of investments in the sector can be expected. The total number of investors won't change, though, Garov said.
There is still a very high interest in trade and office estates. There is a lack of such estates in Sofia and Varna and it is expected that this segment will attract a lot of investor's interest this year.
Romania is the country in the region with the most investments in real estates, but when you compare it with Bulgaria per capita the difference isn't that big. Estate prices in Bucharest are still higher than in Sofia. |
