People who are planning to travel to stay in a property in Bulgaria may be benefitting their health, according to one specialist. Paul Sellers, a policy adviser at the Trades Union Congress, said that having a break from work is essential in maintaining physical and mental health - something which could be achieved by stating in a property in Bulgaria. "Working long hours per se is certainly linked to a range of health problems, the most notable ones being an increased risk of heart disease, stress, depression and developing diabetes," he explained. Travelling abroad to stay in accommodation such as a property in Bulgaria may then provide the refreshment they need, as he pointed out that working without breaks has been known to affect productivity. In other news, Chris Coleman-Smith, auction director at real estate specialist Savills, recently said that the immediacy of auction transactions is often a key factor in people choosing to purchase a property in Bulgaria through this process. |
