| The number of permits for use still growing |

For the first five months of 2009 have been issued 2,019 permits for use, for Jan. to May 2008 they were 1,623.
Most of the projects have started more than a year and a half ago and their completion deadline is in the period of crisis. The majority of the projects are for infrastructure. Building products manufacture enterprise of the Spanish Keros started operation in Ruse, Kaufland opened its hypermarket in Stara Zagora.
On 30 April was granted a permit for use the first for this country supermarket Lidl, on 16 May - Baumax Burgas. Among the major projects is the rehabilitation of Maritsa East 3 thermal power plant with investments of more than BGN 450m.
On 8 May was opened the new section of Sofia subway of new 6 km underground railway line and five stations from Vasil Levski stadium to Mladost 1. In Plovdiv has been extended Iztochen blvd. from Hristo Botev blvd. to Adata bridge. |
