| Modern real estate building with offices in southeastern Sofia |

A modern residential complex with offices and stores is under construction in Lukovit, Geo Milev Str in southeastern Sofia. The project's main investor is Putno Poddurzane Telish OOD. The chief constructor is Dias 66 EOOD, Stroitelstvo Gradut reports.
A total of 4 272 sq m in area, it is a new design real estate complex with 18 flats and 11 large office areas. The building offers housing that varies in size from suites through to spacious three-bedroom flats, two-bedroom flats, studios and top floor two-bedroom flats with large terraces. It is equipped with modern lifts, an attic which is also inhabitable and car park.
The building's total area, including its surrounding green belts, is 1.3 ha. The project's chief architect is Ivo Petrov and according to the schedule, construction will be completed by the end of 2009. |
