Bulgaria Building Week exhibition held March 10-14
Tuesday, Mar 10, 2009
This is the ninth consecutive edition of the most prestigious exhibition for the Bulgarian construction sector, which organises the Bulgaria Building Week (BBW) event. It will be held from March 10-14 on Tsarigradsko Chaussee at the Inter Expo Centre in Sofia.

The event should galvanise wide international interest with more than 600 international companies participating. Germany, Turkey, Austria, the United Kingdom, Poland, Czech Republic, Italy, Hungary, USA, Macedonia and Greece as well as many other countries will have firms in attendance.

The event has built a credible reputation for itself and due to strong interest declared from both traditional exhibitors as well as new companies, consultations were made with the advertising organisation - Bulgarreklama Agency thereby deciding to organise two separate editions of the exhibition in March and April to accommodate high demand levels.

The Bavarian ministry of economy, infrastructure, transport and technologies and the Bayern International foundation are organising the collective participation of companies from the province of Bavaria in Germany. Turkey will participate at a national level, whereas Italy and the Czech Republic will organise a joint presentation.

Among the fields of interest will be: manufacturers of access control systems, adhesives, bathroom fittings, building cleaning, maintenance & security, smartcard technology, CCTV & remote monitoring control systems, mining, concrete production, doors and windows, metal detectors, fire & gas detection equipment, floor finishes, identification systems, interiors and lighting, locking equipment, marble and granite products, rescue and emergency equipment, security doors, shutters and fencing, security glass and screens, and many others.
