| Brussels adopts Bulgarian proposal for Euro-Asian university network |

| Brussels has approved a proposal by the University of Rousse for the creation of a Eurasian network of universities. In addition to universities based in Europe, it will also include higher education institutions from five Central Asian countries - Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan. The aim of the project is to modernize the higher education systems of these countries through the active implementation of innovative educational technologies. |
