For less than a month 30 Bulgarian millionaires have applied for a Green Card

This huge interest is due to the fact that the Bulgarian office of the Real Estates Company CENTURY 21 presented a program for receiving a Green Card through purchase of an estate in the USA.

On September 15 2008 the Emigration Service in the USA chose the Lake Buena Vista Resort and Spa district for the regional centre for giving EB-5 (The American visas, with which Green Cards are given).

Each Bulgarian citizen of age, able to invest 1 million dollars in some of the estates, appointed by the American government, will be able to get a constant US visa.

"I have a son and a daughter studying in the USA. They plan to stay there and it would be best for me and my wife to have Green Cards and no problem with the traveling", a candidate for investement in Florida reveals.

One of the factors, provoking Bulgarian wealthy people to apply for investing in the USA, is that it is extremely cheap now, because of the world financial crisis.
