Century 21 Century Homes, part of the world's largest real estate organization, CENTURY 21, and its legal adviser were proclaimed the best for 2008 during an official ceremony in Sofia last Saturday. The prestigeous certificates for the owners of the company - Svilen Lubenov and Kaloyan Ganev and their most successful agent and legal adviser Peter Sukov were presented by Mr. Latifian, Chief Manager for CENTURY 21 Bulgaria and Macedonia and by the representative of the American Embassy, Emilia Taneva.
Nine offices of CENTURY 21 are already operating in Bulgaria, as well as agencies in Macedonia. At the official ceremony in the capital city, Century 21 Century Homes was singled out as the office with the most sales for both Bulgaria and Macedonia. Each office of the international company, which has operations in 63 countries all over the world, is independently owned and operated. The award for Century 21 Century Homes is based on the greatest number of successfully finalized deals since the beginning of 2008, and the individual award was given to the 26 years old agent and legal adviser Peter Sukov.
