Bulgaria offers products to Wallmart, world's biggest retailer |

Opportunities for the supply of Bulgarian goods to Wallmart, the largest retail chain were negotiated by Economy Minister Bozidar Lukarski during his meeting the retail giant's International Relations Vice President Paul Dick at the company's headquarters in Arkansas, USA.
Entering Bulgarian products and products to the 6.500 Walmart stores could lead to a significant increase in our exports to the US, given that the company has over 11,500 outlets in 28 countries.
Minister Lukarski accquainted the representative of the company with Bulgaria's key position in the development of logistics markets in the EU, Middle East and Africa.
The Vice President of the "Walmart" said that so far the commercial chain has no specific arrangements with the countries of Southeast Europe and Bulgaria is the first country that is interested in joint business.
The plans of the company include the development of e-commerce, which would also be of interest to Bulgarian producers and suppliers.
"Walmart" is the largest retail chain in the world with nearly 500 bln. dollars in annual revenue and over 2.3 million. employees, of whom 1.4 million. in the United States.
