New industrial area in Veliko Tarnovo

A new industrial area will be built in Veliko Tarnovo. A signature of agreement contract between the Municipality and the Ministry of Economics is ahead.
“A successful development of the industrial area is effective way for better business environment. The investments lead to economical growth in a long term” said Philip Kirev, head of the political cabinet in the Ministry of economics. According to his words, there is a growing interest toward industrial areas. “We proceed to create new areas for cooperating with different municipalities, and there is already such signed memorandum with the municipality of Dupnitsa”.
For attracting more investments the Ministry of economics is working on changing the Law for encouraging investments. At the moment the law offers a standard package of encouraging measures – easy administrative procedures, offering municipal or state land without auction or competition. They are working on offering stimulates according to the individual needs of every investor.
