| Bulgaria reports decrease in solid fuel, natural gas production in March |

Bulgaria’s National Statistical Institute presented a report on the production and deliveries of energy products in February 2016.
In February 2016 compared to January 2016 a decrease is reported for the production of:
• solid fuels - by 20.5% to 2 843 thousand tonnes;
• unleaded motor gasoline - by 12.1% to 153 thousand tonnes;
• transport diesel - by 8.0% to 207 thousand tonnes;
• natural gas - by 25.0% to 6 million m3;
• electricity - by 21.1% to 3 706 GWh.
No change for the production of liquefied petroleum gases.
In February 2016 compared to February 2015 an increase is reported for the production of:
• liquefied petroleum gases - by 28.6%;
• unleaded motor gasoline - by 109.6%;
• transport diesel - by 113.4%.
Production of oil products compared to February 2015, when a planned repair of production capacities was done, was restored to its normal levels.
A decrease is reported for the production of:
• solid fuels - by 9.6%;
• natural gas - by 25.0%;
• electricity - by 13.2%. |
