Monday, Sep 28, 2015
According to a survey by Rotten WiFi –a testing service that evaluates public Wi-Fi networks based on speed and customer satisfaction, Bulgaria is among the top 20 countries worldwide that offer the best public Wi-Fi experience.

An interesting fact is that South Korea, China, and Japan haven’t made the list, even though other studies have rated those countries as having super-fast internet speeds.
