Nina Dobrev is showing off Bulgaria |

"Back to my roots," wrote Hollywood starlet Nina Dobrev today morning under her Instagram photo of an old aristocratic apartment. This is the house in Sofia in which The Vampire Diaries star was born. The apartment belongs to the parents of her mother Michaela and is where normally Nina and her brother Alexander are stayng when in Bulgaria.
The young actress also posted a video of her walks around the city center. Nina keeps on praising her hometown which she left when she was only 2 years old when her family moved to Canada. Nina is very likely to meet up with Paul Wesley, her close friend and colleague from "The Vampire Diaries', who is currently in Sofia shooting his new film.
Nina comes in Bulgaria every few years to visit his grandmother Effi and her grandfather Alexander, who are the parents of her father. She is currently on break since she left the "Diaries" after the sixth season of the series in order to focus on new projects. Before arriving in Sofia, Nina was in London for a short stay in the company of her boyfriend Austin.
There are rumors that Hollywood star will lead the 13th edition of the Children's Eurovision on November 21 in "Arena Armeec". The favorite of teenagers has experience with similar grandiose programs. The most vivid example of this is her participation in the American "Dancing Stars".
