Bulgaria's Prime Minister Sergey Stanishev presented Wednesday the first official report on the country's role in the decision-making process in the EU under the Slovenian and French Presidency.
"During the past two years since Bulgaria became a member of the block, our government managed to take part in the debates on all important for our society issues," Stanishev said.
"We managed also to defend our positions," he added.
The premier informed also that there have been instituted 112 procedures against Bulgaria over unfulfilled duties but there is not a single trial brought against the country before the European Communities Court.
