| The train connection between Sofia and Thessaloniki will be renewed |

As of May 10th the Greek Railway Company TRAINOSE will restore the passenger trains between Sofia and Thessaloniki, Dnevnik reports.
The train connection between Sofia and Thessaloniki was closed three years ago on account of economic reasons. Along with this line, the line from Thessaloniki to Skopje and Belgrade will also be renewed.
The train to Sofia leaves at 6.55 in the morning and from Sofia – at 15.20 every day. One way ticket costs EUR 17.80, return ticket - EUR 35. The return train ticket costs EUR 25 it is booked 15 days or earlier before the trip.
