| New 17-Storey Business Center to Be Built in Downtown Sofia |

The Italian company Casa Chic is going to invest in the construction of a 17-floor business center located at Bulgaria Blvd in downtown Sofia.
The project for the construction of the "Vertigo Building" will be co-financed by the UniCredit Bulbank, and is for a total of EUR 30 M.
The center will combine commercial and office space, and will be located on a plot of 14 000 square meters.
The construction is planned to continue for 28 months, and the official opening of the Vertigo Building is expected to take place at the beginning of 2011. |
