A Bulgarian businessman got the record-breaking mortgage amounting of 1000000 euro for the country. The credit is granted on 8th of August thanks to a consulting company and it is for land purchasing.
The financial mediator Rapid Finance reported the record deal just a few months just after opening its office. The company is unique with the fact that it is offering the products of all banks in the country and this is the way to succeed providing maximum good conditions for its clients based on their incomes and requirements.
The trend for increasing the percentage of credits drawn out through the mediation of financial companies is very noticeable in the last few months. 20% of the concluded mortgage deals in the country are with the cooperation of financial consultants. Compared to Europe the percentage there is 60, in the USA – 80%. Similar companies in Bulgaria exist on the market for 4 years, BG news announced.
