The house is suitable for 7 days quarantine isolation from COVID-19 for both Bulgarian and foreign citizens who want peace and comfort in beautiful nature. Spacious, luxury-furnished house for short rent, located on the shores of the dam "Yovkovtsi". It is located in the village of Donkovtsi which stands 30 km away from Veliko Tarnovo and 10 km away from Elena. The village is set in a picturesque area among Stara planina and the dam "Yovkovtsi". The dam and the eco-trails make the village popular destination. At the same time the area is quiet and appropriate for holidays. The hilly region is full of springs and is suitable for hunting, fishing, walking and practicing of different water sports.
The house is solid, built on two storey with 150 sq.m. of living area. On the first floor there are a spacious living room with fully-equipped kitchen area, a bedroom and a bathroom/toilet. The house has three entries - two of them are from the spacious veranda in front of the house and lead to the living room and to the bedroom. The third entrance is at the back side of the house and leads to an entrance hall which has access to all of the rooms, and to stairs leading to the second floor. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with a common panoramic balcony. The bigger bedroom has en-suit and is furnished with one double and one single bed. There is a second bathroom/toilet on the floor and a corridor with a washing machine and a dryer.
