Bulgaria and China discuss ways to boost bilateral economic cooperation

Bulgaria and China maintain dynamic and friendly relations, especially after the 16+1 Summit held in Sofia last year, Bulgarias Premier Boyko Borissov said after the bilateral meeting with the Premier of the State Council of the Peoples Republic of China Li Keqiang within the frameworks of the eight 16+1 Summit, Meeting of Heads of Government of Central and Eastern European Countries (CEEC) and PR China in Dubrovnik. Boyko Borissov and Li Keqiang discussed cooperation in the fields of road infrastructure, power engineering and technologies. Boyko Borissov voiced hopes that in 2019 Bulgaria and China would reach agreements in the agriculture sector.
