The house is located in a village, which is in the heart of the Danube Plain. It is 20km away from the town of Polski Trambesh and 35km from Veliko Tarnovo. The village becomes a resort settlement, as there are mineral springs in it.
The house is built on 2 floors, each with 40 sq.m. living space. The first floor comprises a bedroom, a living room with a fireplace and a basement. External staircase leads up to the next floor, where there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a toilet. A cookhouse with a fireplace has been built next to the main house.
