Ruhovci Village
Ruhovtsi is a village in North Bulgaria, located in Elena municipality, Veliko Tarnovo region.
It is about 44 km southeast of the town of Veliko Tarnovo and 6 km southeast of the town of Elena.
The permanent population is 142 people.
The relief is plain and the altitude is about 367 m. The summer is sunny and cool, the winter is mild and snowy.
The infrastructure of Ruhovtsi is with partially asphalted streets with lighting, electricity system, water system, Internet and phone system.
Regular bus transportation connects it with the town of Elena.
In the village there is town hall, post office and community center. The church "Uspenie Pr. Bogoroditsa" was constructed in 1859. Also there are stores, coffee shops and restaurants.
